Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Senior Workday ERP Analyst to partner with Accounting and Finance. You will own complex Workday configurations across Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and reporting, translating requirements into scalable solutions and reliable data.

You’ll lead major enhancements, guide testing, and mentor other analysts while ensuring controls and data integrity across payroll, planning, and general ledger processes.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and period close.
• Experience with payroll processes and reporting in Workday.
• Ability to lead initiatives and mentor junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Workday projects from discovery to stabilization.
• Configure and support Workday Planning, Payroll, and Reporting.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, HRIS and Payroll teams.
• Develop test strategies and ensure release readiness.
• Maintain security and change controls for sensitive data.
