Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, HR, computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, SaaS/cloud apps, and Workday is preferred.
• Supervisory experience and budget/financial acumen are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex analyses of ERP business processes and configurations.
• Coordinate between departments, analysts, IT, and vendors for ERP solutions.
• Perform advanced testing, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.
