The Role

I am recruiting for a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to support the ongoing configuration, maintenance and optimization of an organization's Workday environment. This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone who can resolve complex system issues, deliver enhancements and work closely with business and technical teams to improve system performance.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimize Workday HCM functionality.
• Support Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Time Tracking and related HR processes.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Workday integrations and data interfaces.
• Create and maintain reports, calculated fields and data management processes.
• Investigate complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain system security, access controls and configuration standards.
• Support system updates, regression testing and the introduction of new functionality.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, system performance and the user experience.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to colleagues.
• Work with external providers when additional technical support is required.

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Workday HCM.
• Knowledge of multiple HR functional areas, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits and Time Tracking.
• Experience with Workday integrations, reporting and calculated fields.
• Understanding of Workday security, data management and system governance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement configuration improvements.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, testing and release activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
