Job summary

Foundation for California Community Colleges is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst, HRIS to lead the domain design, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM across HRIS processes. This role partners with HRIS, IT and Business Systems, providing expert guidance and governance with a focus on security, data integrity, and scalable solutions.

The role requires deep Workday HCM experience, enterprise-level configuration, and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday HCM experience, including advanced configuration.
• Experience with HRIS implementation or re-engineering is strongly preferred.
• Experience across HCM, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Workday HCM as enterprise HRIS.
• Lead feature updates, testing, and escalation support for Payroll and Finance.
• Mentor HRIS support staff and build internal expertise.
• Manage integrations and data security within the HCM domain.
