Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 6+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks.
• 4+ years configuring business processes within Workday.
• 2+ years of experience with calculated fields or custom reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and HR partners to optimize processes.
• Stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities.
• Build and maintain documentation for system implementations.
