Job summary

Capital One is seeking Senior Workday Engineers to build and optimize HR technology solutions. You will design and implement integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits and Recruiting, leveraging REST and SOAP APIs, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.

The role emphasizes automation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with HR and product teams to deliver scalable, resilient Workday-based products while staying current with Workday

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 4 years of Workday platform engineering experience.
At least 2 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions.
At least 2 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP.

Responsibilities

Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
Translate business priorities into HR value propositions and strategies.
Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits with high standards.
Communicate effectively across team, Product Owner and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and redesign business processes to optimize results.
Stay updated on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities, and maintain documentation.
