Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners to understand required HR capabilities and testing scenarios.
Translate business priorities into Workday configurations for HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits.
Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits efficiently.
Communicate with team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to influence solutions.
Identify process improvements with HR partners to optimize business results.
Stay updated on Workday updates, fixes, and new capabilities.
Build and maintain documentation for system implementation.
Serve as primary contact for business/technical questions about the system.
Provide production support for Workday troubleshooting and resolutions.
