Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Workday platform engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP.

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Understand and translate business priorities while aligning HR value proposition.
• Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits.
• Communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements with HR partners.
