Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience on HR platforms (Workday).
• 4+ years with Workday Integrations or configuration (HCM/Recruiting/Benefits).
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role overseeing projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate business priorities to meet HR value proposition.
• Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits with high standards.
• Communicate effectively with team, Product Owner and stakeholders; influence solutions.
• Identify process improvements; redesign business processes with HR partners.
• Design and develop complex Workday integrations using web services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT.
• Lead a team of integrators and configurators to support Workday HCM modules.
