Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience on HR platforms (Workday).
• 4+ years of experience with Workday Integrations or functional configuration tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance).
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate business priorities and HR value propositions.
• Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits.
• Communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and redesign business processes to optimize results.
• Design and develop complex integrations within Workday using SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT.
• Provide technical expertise on Workday Studio technologies, security, troubleshooting, data analysis.
• Lead a team of integrators and configurators for Workday HCM modules.
• Work with product owners to align on priorities using Agile methodologies.
• Design and develop automation workflows and perform unit tests with code reviews.
