Job summary

ERPA is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead multiple Workday engagements, including Phase 1 implementations and AMS/Phase X portfolios. You will manage budgets, drive client engagement, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on scope and milestones.

The role requires a Workday EM/PM certification, ability to learn Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Smartsheet, and strong verbal and written communication. Travel up to 25% and a collaborative, fun team culture are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading commercial Workday engagements throughout the full lifecycle.
• Workday EM/PM certification required and must stay active.
• Ability to learn systems quickly (JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Smartsheet).
