Job summary

ERPA is a client-focused technology services firm specializing in Workday implementations for higher education and government organizations. We are seeking an Associate Workday Engagement Manager to support Engagement Managers on implementations, AMS and Phase X projects, delivering outcomes within scope and budget.

You will be the liaison between consultants and clients, managing multiple engagements, monitoring risks, and contributing to our Workday practice growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing Workday implementations, AMS and Phase X projects with a Workday partner.
• Experience managing Workday projects for higher ed/public sector clients is strongly preferred.
• A Workday EM/PM certification is required and must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA
• Ability to learn new systems quickly (JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)
• Prior experience managing projects utilizing Smartsheet
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a proactive approach to ensure alignment with customers, consultants, and other internal stakeholders
• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed
• Location: USA or Canada; Sponsorship: Open to candidates who require sponsorship transfer

Our Associate Engagement Manager provides support to our Engagement Managers on implementations, AMS and Phase X projects. This role is responsible for all aspects of project delivery and helps support our customers' long-term goals. The Associate Engagement Manager will contribute to the development of ERPA's Workday practice and should showcase innovation, strategic thinking and have the drive to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice.
