Job summary

ERPA is seeking a Workday Senior Engagement Manager to lead a portfolio of Phase 1 implementations, AMS and Phase X clients. You will manage budgets, engage with clients, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful Workday projects.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, innovation, and building ERPA’s Workday practice to become a partner of choice. The ideal candidate has proven leadership of Workday initiatives, a current EM/PM certification, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience independently leading commercial Workday engagements with a Workday partner
• Active Workday EM/PM certification in good standing throughout employment
• Experience learning new systems quickly (JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience managing projects using Smartsheet
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong stakeholder alignment
• Able to travel up to 25% as needed

Responsibilities

• Be the culture champion for ERPA’s core values (Empathy, Responsibility, Passion, Agility)
• Serve as the key connection between consultants and the client
• Lead multiple Workday engagements concurrently
• Ensure projects stay within SOW scope and meet milestones and budget targets
• Monitor project health, risks, issues, and escalations
• Conduct status updates and manage governance meetings
• Assist with work assignments and resource management for Workday engagements
• Ensure customer satisfaction and referenceability
