ERPA is seeking an Associate Workday Engagement Manager to support delivery across Workday implementations, AMS and Phase X engagements. You will help manage scope, milestones and budgets, while coordinating between consultants and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Based in Canada or the USA, the role requires strong communication, ability to travel up to 25%, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing Workday implementations, AMS and Phase X projects with a Workday partner.
• Experience managing Workday projects for higher education/public sector clients preferred.
• Active Workday EM/PM certification required throughout employment.
• Ability to learn Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce and Smartsheet quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders and consultants.

Responsabilités

• Support Engagement Managers on implementations, AMS and Phase X projects.
• Help manage scope, milestones, budgets and governance for multiple engagements.
• Monitor project health, risks, issues, escalations and status updates.
• Assist with work assignments and resource management for engagements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain referenceable clients.
