Job summary

ERPA is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead multiple Workday engagements, including Phase 1 implementations and AMS/Phase X portfolios. You will manage budgets, drive client engagement, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on scope and milestones.

The role requires a Workday EM/PM certification, ability to learn Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Smartsheet, and strong verbal and written communication. Travel up to 25% and a collaborative, fun team culture are expected.

This role is responsible for budget management, client engagement, and cross-functional team leadership throughout the full project lifecycle.
