BairesDev is hiring a Senior Workday Developer to design, build, and optimize integrations and reports across HCM and Financial modules. You will work within a global, 100% remote team delivering reliable Workday solutions for large enterprises.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software development or enterprise platform development.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB integrations.
Proficiency in building custom reports and calculated fields in Workday.
Background in Workday HCM and/or Financial modules.
Familiarity with data transformation concepts and integration patterns.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and EIB.
Build and optimize custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards within Workday HCM and Financial modules.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Workday configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
Apply best practices in Workday development to maintain scalable and maintainable solutions.
Participate in testing and deployment cycles, validating integrations and reports meet business needs.
