BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Specialist to oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday ecosystem across HCM and Financials. You will serve as a technical authority, ensuring alignment with complex workflows and reporting requirements, while collaborating with global teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Senior Workday specialist with hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM and Financials.
- Strong reporting, analytics, and data modelling capabilities.
- Experience building integrations and maintaining security and access controls.
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Workday HCM and Financial modules to support operations.
- Design and build complex reports and calculated fields for analysis.
- Develop enterprise integration processes and manage mass data updates.
- Maintain the Business Process Framework and align security groups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
