Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Workday Analyst specializing in Compensation & Benefits to collaborate with HR stakeholders, gather requirements, and configure Workday across global offices.

You will work hands-on with HR teams, supporting merit cycles, open enrollment, Talent Management processes, and custom reports using Workday Report Writer.

This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and a competitive USD compensation package, plus home setup and time off benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with Workday Core HR configuration.
• Experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Familiarity with Workday Talent Management.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and configure Workday.
• Support Compensation and Benefits configuration including merit cycles and open enrollment.
• Configure Talent Management processes within Workday.
• Create or modify custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
