Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Workday HCM and Financials, translating business requirements into robust Workday configurations. You will design complex integrations with Workday Studio and EIBs, manage the security model, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant deployments.

Fluency in English and a proven Workday track record are required.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Workday HCM consulting or functional implementation.
Experience with Workday HCM or Financials, including Calculated Fields and security models.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIBs for data integration and management.
Strong background in end-to-end Workday deployments and functional configurations.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation and functional configuration of Workday HCM and Financial modules.
Design and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
Create sophisticated data models using Calculated Fields to support advanced reporting and business logic.
Manage and refine the Workday security model to ensure data integrity and compliance across the platform.
Partner with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
Oversee data management activities, including migrations and high-volume updates, to maintain system accuracy.
