Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to own ongoing Workday configuration across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. You will work directly with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams and international stakeholders to translate business needs into practical Workday setups.

In this role, you’ll train teams, manage annual events like merit cycles and open enrollment, and serve as the internal Workday expert driving HR technology to support business operations remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM.
• Strong experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer and custom dashboards.
• Experience with Workday security administration and business process configuration.
• Experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
