Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Developer to design and implement integrations, reports, and calculated fields across HCM and Financial modules, translating complex business requirements into reliable, scalable Workday solutions.

You will work remotely with a global Top 1% team, collaborate with functional and technical colleagues, participate in testing and deployments, and apply best practices to ensure data accuracy, maintainability, and business impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software development or enterprise platform development.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB integrations.
• Proficiency in building custom reports and calculated fields in Workday.
• Background in Workday HCM and/or Financial modules.
• Familiarity with data transformation concepts and integration patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and EIB.
• Build and optimize custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards within Workday HCM and Financial modules.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Apply best practices in Workday development to maintain scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Participate in testing and deployment cycles, validating integrations and reports meet business needs.
