Qualifications

• Senior Workday specialist with hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM and Financials.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and data modelling capabilities.
• Experience building integrations and maintaining security and access controls.

As a Senior Workday Specialist, you will oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our Workday ecosystem across human capital and financial management domains. You will serve as a key technical authority, ensuring that the platform aligns seamlessly with complex organizational workflows and reporting requirements.

What You'll Do

• Configure and optimize Workday HCM and Financial modules to support evolving business operations.
• Design and build complex, high-performance reports and custom calculated fields for advanced data analysis.
• Build, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise integration processes and mass data updates.
• Maintain and enhance the Business Process Framework and align security group assignments to ensure robust access control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into scalable system solutions.
