Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Recruiting/Learning/Talent Optimization Senior Consultant to drive transformations and optimize Workday tenants. You will manage the Optimization program for the Workday Practice and lead design and development of client solutions, focusing on post-production support and milestone deployments.

The role requires 3+ years Workday HCM/ERP experience in recruiting/learning/talent, or 1 year with a Master's; up to 25% travel; remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' Workday HCM or ERP experience in recruiting/learning/talent.
• Master's degree with 1+ year experience in the same area.
• Alternatively 7 years' Workday/HCM experience in an HCM capacity.

This includes activities related to production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments* Be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions for our customers who are optimizing their Workday tenant**What You Will Need:*** Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity, preferably in post-production support; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) year of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity, preferably in post-production support. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as no degree with SEVEN (7) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support* A MINIMUM of TWO (2) years of work experience with Workday* Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Workday Public Sector experience preferred* Current holder of an active Workday HCM, Compensation and/or Benefits Certifications* Extensive knowledge using Microsoft productsThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
