Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Recruiting/Learning/Talent Optimization Senior Consultant in McLean, VA. You will manage in the Workday Optimization program and lead the design of solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant.

The role requires Workday HCM/ERP experience, at least 2 years with Workday, and up to 25% travel with some on-site milestones. The salary range is $113,000–$188,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in a Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity, preferably in post-production support; OR a Master's degree with a minimum of one year of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in a Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity, preferably in post-production support.
• A minimum of two years of work experience with Workday
• Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

What You Will Do:

• From initial assessments to entire transformations, you'll deliver Workday solutions to equip organizations with the information they need to optimize their Workday environments.

As a Workday Recruiting/Learning/Talent Optimization Senior Consultant at Guidehouse, you will:

• Manage in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice. This includes activities related to production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments
• Be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions for our customers who are optimizing their Workday tenant

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity, preferably in post-production support; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) year of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity, preferably in post-production support. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as no degree with SEVEN (7) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support
• A MINIMUM of TWO (2) years of work experience with Workday
• Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Workday Public Sector experience preferred
• Current holder of an active Workday HCM, Compensation and/or Benefits Certifications
• Extensive knowledge using Microsoft products

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
