Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst (Compensations) to design, configure, and optimize Workday Compensation, Core HR, and Talent Management while ensuring data accuracy and governance. This role is 100% remote, globally accessible, with flexible hours and strong English proficiency.

You'll build advanced reports, collaborate with HR teams, and support cross-functional projects in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Competitive USD compensation and home-office setup are provided.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst or HRIS specialist.
Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Core HR, and Compensation & Benefits configuration.
Strong experience with Workday Talent Management and Report Writer.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and manage Workday Compensation and Core HR modules to align with plans.
Implement and support Workday Talent Management processes and system capabilities.
Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Maintain data integrity through audits, monitoring, and issue troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
