Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Certified Compensation/Benefits Lead in the United States to join a team delivering cloud-based data reporting for finance, analytics, planning and HR. You will guide Workday solutions, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients to drive results on complex projects.

The role requires at least 3 years in consulting or client-side work, Workday Implementations, and a Workday Benefits/Compensation Partner Certification. Travel may be required as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of working of Benefits and/or Compensation Functional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Implementations.
• Workday Benefits or Compensation Partner Certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify and gather business requirements; design processes; prototyping, testing, training; define support procedures.
• Architect Workday Benefits/Compensation solutions for cohesive cross-functional impact.
• Formulate budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies; develop statements of work and client proposals.
• Architect and manage vendor relationships; lead client workshops and project delivery.
