Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience in a Lead or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of HCM Functional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Implementations.
• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in gathering business requirements and design.
• Architect Workday HCM solution for cross-functional coherence.
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies.
• Architect statements of work and client proposals.
• Lead workshops for client education.
