Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Certified Compensation/Benefits Lead to join a team delivering cloud-based data-reporting operations for finance, analytics, planning and HR. You will guide requirements, design, prototyping, testing and training, and architect cohesive Workday solutions across streams.

Travel may be required as projects vary; you will mentor staff, manage budgets, and provide subject-matter expertise to drive successful outcomes for complex client initiatives.

Qualifications

• Certification in Workday Benefits or Compensation is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience in a lead role.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Benefits/Compensation experience and Workday implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing and training.
• Architect the Workday Benefits/Comp solution for cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Architect statements of work and client proposals; manage vendor relationships.
• Lead client workshops and oversee resources and budgets on projects.
• Provide SME guidance on Workday and Accenture methodologies.
