Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Certified Compensation/Benefits Lead to join a team of advisory professionals delivering cloud-based data-reporting operations across finance, analytics, planning, and HR. You will lead workshops, manage resources, mentor staff, and ensure cohesive Workday implementations for clients.

Travel may be required. This role requires Workday Benefits/Compensation Partner Certification and at least 3 years in Workday implementations, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Workday Benefits or Compensation Partner Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Benefits and/or Compensation Functional areas.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Implementations.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Architect Workday Benefits/Compensation solution ensuring cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Plan, budget, forecast, and report strategies for projects.
• Draft statements of work and client proposals.
• Manage vendor relationships and project resources.
