Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to join our advisory team in California. You will guide architecture and delivery of Workday Adaptive Solutions, lead client sessions, and ensure cross-functional integration across streams. Travel may be required as projects span multiple locations.

The role emphasizes hands-on Workday Adaptive experience, certification, and strong consulting capabilities to deliver transformational payroll, HR and financial cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, ideally with a large firm.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Adaptive experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Lead in architecting Workday Adaptive Insights solutions to ensure cohesive work streams and cross-functional impacts.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
