BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst (Compensations) to design, configure, and optimize Workday Compensation, Core HR, and Talent Management while ensuring data accuracy and governance. This role is 100% remote, globally accessible, with flexible hours and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst or HRIS specialist.
• Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Core HR, and Compensation & Benefits configuration.
• Strong experience with Workday Talent Management and Report Writer.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
