Job summary

Mission Produce is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our global Workday environment. This fully remote role requires availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and is ideal for a bilingual English/Spanish candidate with strong Workday expertise.

The position focuses on Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Scheduling, and related modules, ensuring data integrity and compliance across a global workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience (Core HCM and modules).
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication.
• Experience configuring Workday security, business processes, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday HCM and related modules; provide daily support.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets, and assist users.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve HRIS problems with stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities and stay current with Workday best practices.
