Job summary

Everforth TopBloc is seeking a Senior Workday Change Management Consultant to lead change initiatives for Workday deployments. You will craft readiness and communications plans, design training materials, and deliver instructor-led sessions to clients.

Hybrid environment with Chicago on-site or remote work and significant stakeholder collaboration. You’ll leverage Pro and Prosci certifications where possible, manage multiple projects, and travel up to 50% to support client implementations.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years experience supporting change management deliverables for clients across various industries
• Workday Pro Certification, or prior experience with Workday ecosystem partner or Workday directly
• Experience in change management within Workday implementation projects
• Experience with training development of visual job aids, instructor-led trainings and training delivery
• Consulting experience preferred
• Experience with e-learning tools such as Captivate, Articulate, or Camtasia preferred
• Understanding of HCM/Financial concepts and processes
• Ability to spearhead planning and execution of change management programs independently

Responsibilities

• Implement change management deliverables/activities for clients, including readiness assessment and communications plan
• Develop client-specific training materials, including visual job aids and e-learning videos
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions to client
• Lead weekly client meetings for project updates and issue resolution
• Collaborate with functional teams to identify change and process impacts
• Mentor junior team members and delegate Change Management activities
