Job summary

Forbes Technical Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a Workday implementation and broader transformation in a hybrid Chicago role. You will coordinate leadership, IT, and vendor teams to maintain momentum, align scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of Workday solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise technology programs, 7+ years in ERP/HCM/Finance, and proven PM leadership for multi-workstream projects, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years leading large-scale technology programs.
• Minimum 7 years in ERP, HCM, Finance, Payroll, or similar ERP.
• Direct PM experience for two or more full-cycle Workday implementations.
• Leadership of in-flight ERP/Workday programs through completion.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide programs with multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to manage partners, SI, and third-party vendors.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Strong PM governance, risk management, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing organization-wide Workday implementation and business transformation.
• Maintain program momentum, assess current state, and drive deployment and adoption.
• Serve as liaison among leadership, IT, partners, and vendors; oversee scope, schedule, budget.
