Job summary

Everworth TopBloc seeks a skilled Workday Compensation consultant to deliver precise compensation solutions for diverse clients. The role supports post-production work and engages with internal training to elevate team capabilities.

Senior and manager-track candidates will guide consultants, oversee projects, and contribute to sales materials and scoping. The position offers remote flexibility with a base in Chicago, IL for on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Certification in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation is required.
• 1+ year of post-production support experience with a Workday partner.
• Experience with compensation configuration and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions across industries.
• Resolve compensation issues as they arise.
• Contribute to internal trainings and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist with internal initiatives to improve the team and company.
• For manager-level candidates: lead a team of consultants and handle escalations.
• For senior/principal candidates: develop sales material and scope projects.
