Job summary

GlobalPoint is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support stabilization and troubleshooting of Workday benefits integrations. You will bridge business stakeholders with Workday functional/technical teams, integration developers, and provider teams to trace issues across source data, configuration, and processing boundaries.

Qualifications

Experience as a BA in HCM ERP implementations or complex integrations.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multiple systems.
Ability to trace data and transactions across systems.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and data exchanged.
Trace lifecycle, payroll, and benefits transactions end-to-end.
Identify root causes across data, configuration, mappings, or timing.
Review logs, files, and provider responses to locate issues.
Document root-cause analyses for technical and business audiences.
Develop end-to-end data flow diagrams of Workday integrations.
