Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead Workday HR initiatives across Core HCM, Benefits, Absence and Compensation. The role emphasizes data integrity, integration mapping and transforming manager and employee experiences in a fast-paced retail/wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within HR functions.
• End-to-end implementation experience incl. project, enhancements, issue management.
• Workday Security experience.
• Workday Reporting & API/Integration experience.
• Workday EIB experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels of the org.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions analysis, design, configuration and delivery for Workday HR processes.
• Conduct business process re-engineering and gap analysis to improve end-user experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to enable operational excellence and transformation.
