ITAC Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Workday Business Analyst – Benefits to own Benefits configuration and drive Open Enrollment from setup to go-live. This onsite role collaborates with HR, Benefits, and external vendors to keep a complex environment running smoothly.

You will configure Workday benefit plans, manage ACA and COBRA, and lead testing, ensuring accurate life events and eligibility rules. Travel to Birmingham as needed; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Workday Benefits and eligibility rules.
• Direct Open Enrollment configuration and go-live experience.
• ACA and COBRA administration knowledge.
• Workday Benefits Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday benefit plans, eligibility rules, events, and event rules.
• Own Open Enrollment configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Support ACA and COBRA administration within Workday.
• Configure qualifying life events and eligibility waiting periods.
• Lead testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
