Job summary

SRS Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst in McKinney, TX to manage and optimize Workday HRIS processes, supporting HR, payroll, and talent management.

The role emphasizes system configuration, updates, and enhancements to maintain a trusted source of personnel data. The position reports to the Director of HRIS and collaborates with HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Workday PRO Certification, or a minimum of 7 years' experience in at least two Workday modules.
• Experience with HRIS processes, HR data governance, and payroll/talent management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with associates and management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and continuous improvement of Workday modules.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to support and optimize system functionality.
• Provide guidance in development, testing, and deployment of Workday processes.
• Manage and resolve system issues; identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Deliver high-quality configurations and customizations for evolving business needs.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing with key stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR processes.
