Job summary
nVent Enclosure Systems LLC is seeking a seasoned Workday professional to configure, secure, and optimize our Workday ecosystem across HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent modules. You will lead global implementation efforts, coordinate testing, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance to ensure governance and compliance.
The role requires 5+ years of Workday experience, hands-on configuration and reporting skills, and Agile experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in HR/IS/Business Admin or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Workday experience required.
- Hands-on Workday configuration, security, and reporting in at least four areas.
- Workday Pro certifications preferred.
- Experience supporting a global organization required.
- Agile experience required.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday processes, security, orgs, reports, and integrations support.
- Develop and implement solutions across Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, Payroll).
- Analyze requirements and translate into Workday configurations.
- Lead Workday improvement projects from requirements through deployment.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, and production deployments with partners and consultants.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Compliance teams for system improvements and governance.
