Job summary

Pharmavite seeks a Senior Workday Analyst to lead the evolution of our HR tech landscape, focusing on Workday. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and organizational effectiveness.

You will design, configure, and support Workday modules—Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence, Reporting, and Analytics—while guiding cross-functional teams through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS/Workday experience including hands-on configuration across multiple functional areas.
• Experience designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting Workday solutions in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture: processes, security, reporting, integrations, and data management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, technical Workday solutions and plans.
• Ability to leverage Workday AI/ML capabilities to improve HR processes and insights.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules (Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Mgmt, Benefits, Absence, Reporting, Analytics).
• Lead the full solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and configuration strategies.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and leadership to drive best practices and process improvements.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and value realization.
• Drive adoption, optimization, and transformation of Workday capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with AMS and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements.
• Provide support for Workday security, integrations, EIBs, APIs, and data flows.
• Develop workforce analytics, KPI dashboards, and executive insights for decision-making.
