Advocate Health is seeking a Systems Analyst Senior - Workday to join our People & Culture Digital Capabilities team. You will support Workday modules, translate HR needs into scalable configurations, and partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize workforce processes across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes governance, security, data integrity, and AI-enabled solutions to strengthen workforce operations and scalability.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of Workday or HRIS experience.
Hands-on Workday configuration experience across one or more Workday modules.
Advanced Workday reporting knowledge, including calculated fields, dashboards, and data analysis.
Foundational understanding of integrations, EIBs, data audits, and system impacts.

Mansioni

Independently support and lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday modules.
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
Align solutions with governance standards, security, and architectural requirements.
Lead moderately complex cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery, testing, and implementation.
Serve as a technical resource to HR and business partners, balancing stakeholder needs with governance.
Support process design and system reliability for a consistent teammate experience.
