Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate HCM challenges into practical technical solutions.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connect, or event-driven integrations.
• Experience implementing or supporting Workday AI capabilities and agent management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday Extend applications that simplify HR processes.
• Evaluate and implement Workday AI capabilities and delivered agents based on value, feasibility, and security.
• Develop proofs of concept and iterate with stakeholders to production-ready solutions.
