Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Workday AI Solutions Engineer to translate complex HCM needs into intuitive applications, automated workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled experiences. You will work across HR and technology teams to evaluate business value, feasibility, and security while building scalable, secure Workday Extend solutions.

You will design and implement Extend applications, assess new Workday capabilities, and develop reusable designs for sustainable automation across HR.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Workday Extend applications in production.
• Strong technical understanding of Workday platform, security, reporting, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to improve HCM processes through Extend and AI capabilities.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Extend applications for intuitive employee experiences.
• Develop proofs of concept and iterate with stakeholders to production-ready solutions.
• Implement integrations across Workday and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and Workday tools.
