Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Workday Solutions Engineer to optimize and configure Workday HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards and Absence, with a strong focus on AI and automation. This hands-on role will design solutions that streamline core HR processes across our global organization.

You will enable AI-integrated solutions via Workday Extend, build operational dashboards, and provide technical guidance to the People team and stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

5+ years in HR Operations, HRIS or People Technology with global Workday config experience.
Proven Workday HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Time Off/Absence Management.
Strong data analysis and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Experience with AI/automation and prompts for Gen AI; RPA is a plus.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Configure and optimize Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, Absence).
Design technical solutions and gather requirements.
Enable AI-integrated solutions via Workday Extend.
Develop dashboards and metrics in Workday and Tableau.
Provide technical guidance to People team and stakeholders.
Identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
