Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying and supporting Workday Extend in production.
• Strong understanding of Workday platform, security, data models, reporting and integrations.
• Experience with Workday integration tech such as REST/SOAP APIs, Studio, EIBs or Orchestrate.
• Ability to translate HCM challenges into practical technical solutions across HR domains.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, responsible AI practices and security for sensitive workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize opportunities to improve HCM processes using Workday Extend and AI capabilities.
• Design, build, test, deploy and support Extend apps that simplify HR processes and improve user experience.
• Develop integrations and orchestrations across Workday and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and Workday tools.
• Establish reusable design patterns, standards, monitoring and production support for Extend and AI solutions.
• Communicate tradeoffs, risks and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
