Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance clients’ financial reporting, planning and forecasting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, management information systems, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from a wide variety of ERP systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations, define planning goals, and identify key metrics.
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JS, SQL, APIs, JDBC and other platforms.
• Automate workflows and reports to streamline financial processes; improve data reliability and decision-making.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective tool usage.
