Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement and support Workday Adaptive Planning to improve financial reporting, planning and forecasting for a variety of clients.

The role involves delivering workstreams, engaging with client teams, and mentoring associates, with travel up to ~20%. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in FP&A or EPM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting, finance, MIS or related field preferred.
• Experience in EPM/FP&A, financial systems, or consulting is preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and integration platforms with ERP systems.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of corporate financial planning experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical info for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations and define planning goals.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC.
• Train client teams to effectively use implemented tools.
