Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, helping clients improve financial planning, reporting and forecasting.

You will work on diverse projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to client success. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in EPM/FP&A, plus strong JavaScript/SQL skills for integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics or information systems.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or FP&A environments is preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Configure and optimize forecasting models and reporting for clients.
• Assist with integrations and data flows from ERP systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Provide client training and contribute to project planning and timelines.
• Partner with teams to drive efficiency and enable decision-making.
