Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join its Digital Advisory Services practice. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve clients' financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.

You will work on diverse projects, mentor junior staff, and help drive client value while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel about 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, or MIS preferred.
• 3+ years of corporate financial accounting experience.
• 1+ year of corporate financial planning experience.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or FP&A system experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery through deployment with high-quality deliverables and timelines.
• Lead client sessions to map business operations, define planning goals, and identify key metrics for decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting and planning models aligned with client requirements and best practices.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC and other platforms to bring data from ERP/source systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Support optimization of financial processes by automating workflows and reports.
